There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Millett moved that the House adopt the Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report, thus adopting the following: CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 73 "An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health program; and providing for an effective date." Representatives Josephson, Vazquez, Herron, Hughes, LeDoux, and Saddler moved and asked unanimous consent that they be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and the members were required to vote. 2015-04-27 House Journal Page 1140 The question being: "Shall the House adopt the report?" Representative Millett moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. The Senate adopted the Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report (page 1132). CCS HB 73 was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment and enrollment.
